First Visit

First Visit Jitters?

Andler Dental Is Here to Help You Through It

Welcome to Comfort

We do our very best to get all new patients into the office within two weeks of your call. Dr. Andler and Dr. Crocco personally reaches out to adult new patients before your visit to touch base to officially welcome you.. We have an intake form used to gather information to help the entire team be on the same page. We look into your dental insurance breakdown so that we can give out-of-pocket expenses on the day of service. You’ll receive a text, email, or phone call to remind you of your appointment two days before your visit. We ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out health and dental history.

What Comes Next

Due to health and safety precautions, please text or call us when you arrive at the office. We’ll ask you some COVID-19 questions and then have you come for your appointment. You can fill out any necessary forms and we’ll check your temperature. We’re happy to show you around the office so you can feel more at ease and meet your assigned hygienist. Please allow two hours for your new patient appointment. We’ll take the time to review your health history, assess your dental needs, talk with you about your options, and more. We never want you to feel rushed, so please ask any and all questions you have. Your needs are always paramount.

Your on Your Way (To Optimal Oral Health)

Using state-of-the-art intraoral camera technology you’ll be able to see exactly what Dr. Andler or Dr. Crocco is seeing too. With the right knowledge and direction, we can help you make the right decisions for your future oral health. Know that we go out of your way to make you feel like you’re the most important person in the office. You are the VIP! Both dentists and hygienists make every effort to educate you and discuss your options at a pace that’s right for you. Our financial coordinator goes over any and all costs with you should you require work, and as a courtesy we are happy to send in a pre-authorization request so you know exactly what your out-of-pocket expense might be. We also offer an in-house insurance plan to help those patients that would like to care for their oral health but do not have insurance through work or retirement.
