Dr. Scott Andler
Doctor of Dental Surgery
Dr. Andler was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He still bleeds green and gold during the Packer season. After high school he studied at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and graduated with a degree in Biochemistry. During this time he developed a love for all the experiences available in and around the city of Madison. The lakes, downtown, fantastic restaurants, and the great schools were some of the reasons he and his wife decided to move here after graduating from the University of Minnesota Dental School.
Dr. Andler's passion in dentistry is helping patients maintain and create beautiful healthy mouths. He attends hundreds of hours of continuing education conferences each year to be able to offer his patients the latest and most successful treatment options. Dr. Andler is constantly researching any new material, technique, or equipment that will make our patients’ experience more comfortable and the treatment more successful.
At the core of Dr. Andler’s beliefs is to partner with the patient and base recommendations for treatment on what the patient desires. Too often patients are told what they need without listening to what level of health they desire. This philosophy is at the very core of our practice and it leads to a true partnership between Dr. Andler, our team, and the patient.
Outside of the office Dr. Andler enjoys playing tennis, soccer, biking, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Ahren
Front Desk Receptionist
Ahren joined us after working in a variety of business sectors such as banking and loan processing. Her warm smile and kind personality greets you as you enter our office. She is a tireless worker who is dedicated to helping patients with anything they need. She has experience as both a receptionist and a dental assistant so she is able to answer any questions you have regarding dental procedures, insurance coverage, and other dental issues. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking, reading, and travelling.
Mary Lou
Insurance and Treatment Plan Coordinator
Mary Lou has over 35 years of dental experience that started with chair side assisting where she would personally create her patients’ crowns. She worked as our front desk receptionist for many years and now uses her vast knowledge as our insurance expert and treatment plan coordinator. Dentistry has always been more than just a job to Mary Lou. It has been a central part of her life and the interaction with patients (her friends) is what keeps her enthusiastic about her career. Currently Mary Lou works closely with patients on the suggested treatment plan and how she can help patients get the most out of their insurance coverage and to find a payment option that fits their budget. In her free time she enjoys travelling, spending time with her husband, needlework, reading, and taking care of their several cats.
Megan
Dental Assistant
Megan graduated from MATC in 2008 and joined our practice right from school. She has been an amazing addition to our practice. Megan has a way of relaxing all patients and having them feel very comfortable before, during, and after their appointments. She has worked hard at finding ways to improve our patients' experience from the use of sound blocking music headphones, dark sunglasses, and comfortable pillows. In Megan's free time she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Rah Rah, photography, and going to movies.
Dental Hygienist
Whittney attained her dental assisting certificate from Madison College in 2007. Her passion for the dental field leads her to continue her training and pursue a degree in dental hygiene, graduating in 2011. She prides herself in providing a fun, gentle, and relaxing experience to all patients. She believes in customizing each visit to individual needs while educating preventative care for long term health and happiness. Her goal is to help patients feel confident and comfortable with their smile! In her free time she enjoys watching the Badgers and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Heather
Dental Hygienist
Heather started out as a dental assistant in our office before going back to school for dental hygiene. She graduated from WCTC in dental hygiene in 2007. Her excellent hand skills and caring personality make each visit comfortable and beneficial for her patients. Heather takes the time to show patients the current condition of their mouth and recommend any improvement or changes that can help them become healthier and have a more beautiful smile. In her free time she enjoys working around her home and spending time with her husband.
Becky
Dental Hygienist
Becky joined our team in 2010. She has over 30 years of dental hygiene experience in a a wide variety of dental offices including general dentists and periodontal specialists. Becky is very patient, thorough, and cares deeply about helping her patients achieve a healthy comfortable mouth. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, and reading. She and her husband grow giant pumpkins (some over 1000lbs!) for competition.
